- The home and buildings will be available for inspection on: Wednesday, May 5, 2021 from 3 pm – 4:30 pm and Tuesday, May 11, 2021 from 3:00 pm – 4:30 pm.
- Onsite Bidding: Registration begins at 12:00 p.m. at the auction location: Pugsley Farm: 44169 CR374, Paw Paw, MI 49079
- Online Bidding: Pre-register by calling Donna at 616-389-6440. Pre-Registration deadline is May 12, 2021. Deposit of $7,500.00 must be received by May 17, 2021. Both pre-registration and deposit are required before participating in online bidding via ZOOM virtual chat room.
- 10% of the successful bid price is required at the auction by good check, cash or cashier’s check. This deposit is NOT refundable if the buyer does not carry through with the purchase. Your bidding is not conditional upon financing, so be sure you have arranged financing if needed or are capable of paying cash at the closing.
- The terms and conditions of this auction will be governed by the contract for the sale of Real Estate (herein called the buy/sell).
