Auction Announcements – Updated June 8, 2021
1) Copies of the updated title commitment are available at the auction registration desk.
2) The land will be sold subject to a land lease through the 2024 growing season. The buyer of the land will be entitled to collect the lease amount of $150.00/acre. ($68,000 for the entirety) beginning with the 2022 lease. The lease income for 2021 will be the sellers.
3) A copy of the land lease is available at the auction registration desk.
4) Regarding Parcel 9 – it was previously advertised this was a swing parcel that could be purchased with Parcel’s 1, 4 & 6. It cannot be purchased with Parcel 1. It can be purchased with Parcels 2, 4 or 6.
5) The buy/sell agreement was changed/updated to reflect the land lease through 2024. Copies are available of the updated buy/sell at the auction registration desk.
6) Tile information is available at the auction registration desk.
7) The survey cost of $2950.00 is only charged to the buyer of Parcel #1. No new surveys have been completed for the other parcels.

IMPORTANT NEW INFORMATION 6/3/21:
The farm land will be sold subject to a land lease through the 2024 growing season. This is different from what was advertised. Originally, we believed there was a verbal agreement that would have ended the lease this year, however this has not been confirmed. Please plan on the lease being in place through the 2024 growing season. The buyer of the land will be entitled to collect the lease amount of approx. $68,000 per year beginning with the 2022 growing season.
