There will be a free Pancake Breakfast before auction 7AM-9AM on Saturday, February 25, 2017 in the Bader and Sons Co. building, compliments of Bader and Sons & Miedema Auctioneering, Inc.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
Auction Order:
We will be selling with 2 Auctioneers in 2 separate auction rings all day.
- Farm equipment and tractors will begin selling at 9 AM
- Combines, Trucks, Trailers, and Lawn, Garden & Landscape Equipment begin selling at Noon
- All Bader equipment sells with no minimums, no reserves
Inspection Times:
- Friday 2/24/17 8:00am-4:00pm
- Saturday 2/25/17 Auction Day starting at 7:00am
Consignment Drop Off Times:
- Monday 2/20/17 8:00am – 5:00pm
- Tuesday 2/21/17 8:00am – 5:00pm
- Wednesday 2/22/17 8:00am – 5:00pm
Removal Times/Failure To Remove:
- Day of auction till 5:00 (Saturday, February 25, 2017)
- Monday 2/27/17 8:00am – 5:00pm
- Tuesday 2/28/17 8:00am – 5:00pm
- Wednesday 3/1/17 8:00am – 5:00pm
- Other times available by appointment we would like to have everything removed by 3/9/17
Loading and Additional Removal Information:
- Forklift available on auction day 8:00am till 5:00pm
- Loading dock available
Buyer’s Premium:
- Onsite Buyers: Buyer’s Premium of 3% will be added to purchases; with a 3% discount for paying with cash, personal or company check, or wire transfer**
- Proxibid Buyers: Buyer’s Premium of 6% will be added to purchases; with a 3% discount for paying with cash, personal or company check, or wire transfer**

Payments accepted at auction location on:

Types of Payments & Buyer’s Premium Discount
- Cash, Cashier’s Check, Good Check, Credit Card
- A 3% Buyer’s Premium is added to the high bid. This 3% is waived if paid by cash or check. Personal checks will be accepted at the auction company’s discretion. Out-of-state checks MUST have a bank letter of credit GUARANTEEING payment to MIEDEMA AUCTIONEERING INC. for this auction and the amount of funds being guaranteed. See guarantee form here
Refund Policy:
- NO REFUNDS, RETURNS, OR EXCHANGES. All items sold “AS IS WHERE IS” with all faults.
