Bader and Sons Annual Auction 2016

CONSIGNMENTS ARE ACCEPTED! Annual used equipment auction for Bader & Sons John Deere. Used trade in equipment from all their locations will all be selling to the highest bidder. Typically over 200 pieces of farm equipment and tractors. For consignments please contact Donna Reitsma at 616-389-6440
Auction Additions/Deletions List (updated 2/26/16)
PANCAKE BREAKFAST: There will be a free Pancake Breakfast 7AM-9AM on Saturday, February 27, 2016 in the Bader and Sons Co. building, compliments of Bader and Sons & Miedema Auctioneering.
Auction Order:
We will be selling with 2 Auctioneers in 2 separate auction rings all day.
- Farm equipment and tractors will begin selling at 9 AM
- Combines, Trucks, Trailers, and Lawn, Garden & Landscape Equipment begin selling at Noon
- All Bader equipment sells with no minimums, no reserves
Inspection Times:
- Friday, February 26, 2016: 9 AM – 5 PM
- Auction Day beginning at 7 AM
Removal Times/Failure To Remove:
- Auction day until 5 PM. All other times can be arranged.
Buyer’s Premium:

Types of Payment:
- We accept payment with cash, personal check, cashier’s check and credit cards. (Local checks will be accepted at auction co discretion)
- A 3% Buyers Premium is added to the high bid. This 3% is waived with cash or check payment.
- Out of state checks MUST have a bank letter of credit GUARANTEEING payment to MIEDEMA AUCTIONEERING INC. for this auction and the amount of funds being guaranteed. Fax will be available to accept guarantees.
Refund Policy:
- NO REFUNDS, RETURNS, OR EXCHANGES. All items sell “AS IS WHERE IS” with no warranty. There shall be no guarantees or warranties, expressed or implied, statutory or otherwise as to the merchantability or fitness for any particular purchase of goods offered in this sale.
Titled Items:
- State Regulations require that we broker all vehicles sold, therefore you must sign your paperwork in the auction office.
- A $95 broker fee will be charged for paperwork.
- In addition, a $15 title application fee will be collected for the State of Michigan (Dealers are exempt from the title application fee ONLY).
- Miedema Auctioneering will then process your titles.
- If you wish to plate your vehicle there will be an additional fee.
- Proof of insurance will need to be provided for removal.
